During the inspection, Licensor Harris observed two furances, one located near the kitchen and the other located in the sleep room that are accessible to children. Provider needs to cover furance preventing children accessing the units (3)(b)(ii) During the inspection, Licensor Harris did not observe a carbon monoxide detectors located in the licensed area (3)(g)(ii)
